10 September 2009: Manitoba fuels
change with new biodiesel mandate. The
Canadian Renewable Fuels Association today applauded
the decision by the Government of Manitoba to
mandate the blending of 2% biodiesel in the
provincial diesel supply by November 1, 2009.
